Adds registered military protective orders to the state's automated registry of protective orders maintained by the Chief Court Administrator, alongside existing civil protective orders and foreign orders of protection

Permits courts to consider any existing or prior military protective orders from the registry when evaluating applications for civil restraining orders in family violence and stalking/harassment cases

Defines "military protective order" as a protective order issued by a commanding officer against a person under their command
