Creates a special statute of limitations for personal injury claims arising from fraud in fertility care and treatment, overriding the standard limitations period in section 52-577 of Connecticut general statutes

Allows lawsuits to be filed up to three years after a minor child affected by the fraud reaches the age of majority (18 years old)

Alternatively permits filing within three years after the fraud is discovered, whichever deadline occurs later

Effective October 1, 2026, and applies only to causes of action arising from incidents committed on or after that date
