Local and regional boards of education must post all approved curriculum on their websites starting with the 2026-2027 school year, expanding the current requirement which only mandates posting objectives and scope and sequence

School district curriculum committees remain responsible for recommending, developing, reviewing, and approving all curriculum for their districts

Boards must continue to make curriculum and associated materials available in compliance with the federal Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (20 USC 1232h)

Effective date is July 1, 2026, amending Connecticut General Statutes section 10-220(e)
