Establishes a task force to study issues relating to consumer protection and occupational licensing in Connecticut

Task force consists of 10 members: 6 appointed by legislative leaders (House and Senate), the Commissioner of Consumer Protection or designee, and 2 appointed by the Governor

Legislative appointees may be members of the General Assembly; all initial appointments must be made within 30 days of the act's passage

Speaker of the House and president pro tempore of the Senate select co-chairpersons; first meeting must occur within 60 days of passage

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the General Assembly's consumer protection committee by January 1, 2027, at which point it terminates
