Mandates employers maintain daily logs for each worker on site, including project name/location, date, worker names, signatures, trade license numbers, and arrival/departure times

Requires the Labor Commissioner to develop a publicly accessible, searchable online database by December 31, 2027 to post certified payroll records with personally identifying information removed

Failure to file required certified payroll records or daily logs constitutes a class D felony punishable by fines up to $5,000, imprisonment up to 5 years, or both

Certified payroll records must include total employer contributions to fringe benefits and are designated as public records subject to inspection
