Amends Section 7-148cc to make technical changes clarifying that interlocal agreements between municipalities override "any provision" (singular) rather than "the provisions" (plural) of general statutes, special acts, charters, or local laws

Two or more municipalities may jointly perform any function they could perform separately by entering into interlocal agreements pursuant to sections 7-339a to 7-339l

"Municipality" includes any municipality (per section 7-187), any district (per section 7-324), any metropolitan district, or any municipal district created under section 7-330 within Connecticut
