Establishes a working group convened by the Public Safety and Security Committee chairpersons to study roadside safety concerns for wreckers and towing/recovery professionals, including evaluation of allowable light colors and types on wreckers and methods to enhance worker protection at roadside scenes

Working group membership includes Public Safety Committee leadership, the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection, the Commissioner of Transportation, and a representative from a state towing and recovery organization

First meeting must be held within 60 days of the bill's passage, with members selecting two cochairpersons from among themselves

Report with findings and recommendations due to the General Assembly's Public Safety and Security Committee by January 1, 2027

Working group terminates upon submission of its report or January 1, 2027, whichever is later
