Connecticut Wing Civil Air Patrol within the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection may establish, conduct, or maintain youth camps without obtaining a state license, effective October 1, 2026

Exemption requires camps to be located on state-owned or leased property and utilize facilities operated exclusively by the Military Department or U.S. armed forces under Title 10 of the United States Code

Overnight youth camps must comply with Civil Air Patrol pamphlet "CAPP 79-10 Cadet Medication Management" guidelines

Amends Section 19a-421 of the general statutes governing youth camp licensing requirements
