Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection must develop an electronic reporting system for double utility poles by July 1, 2027, to be publicly available on the DEEP website

"Double utility pole" is defined as more than one utility pole within a six-foot radius resulting from incomplete pole replacement work

Reports may require a verified user account, detailed location description, and photograph of the poles

Commissioner must compile and distribute a list of reported double poles to electric distribution companies, telephone companies, and municipal electric utilities by October 31, 2027, and quarterly thereafter
