Establishes a task force to study compensation for registrars of voters, town clerks, and other local election officials during early voting periods and on election days for elections, primaries, and referenda

Task force consists of 8 members appointed by legislative leaders: 4 from majority party leadership and 4 from minority party leadership, with members permitted to be General Assembly members

Initial appointments must be made within 30 days of the bill's passage, with the first meeting held within 60 days

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the elections committee by January 1, 2027, at which point it terminates
