Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management must conduct triennial reviews of reporting requirements for nonprofit human services providers, beginning January 1, 2028, examining the number of reports, overlapping information, and resource burden on providers

Secretary must eliminate or consolidate reporting requirements identified as unduly burdensome or duplicative, unless needed for fraud prevention, required by federal law, or mandated by state law

Report to legislative committees on human services, government administration, and appropriations due by February 1, 2029, and triennially thereafter, summarizing findings and recommending any necessary legislation

Private provider organizations must receive payment for services under purchase of service contracts within 45 days of receiving a properly completed claim or the services, whichever is later

Nonprofit human services providers covered include those providing services for persons with physical disabilities, intellectual or developmental disabilities (including autism spectrum disorder), and behavioral health services
