Amends Section 4-38j of the general statutes to reorganize the language into a numbered list format without changing substantive requirements

Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management and department heads must submit reports on reorganization progress to the Government Administration and Elections committee upon request

Officials must also furnish information or appear before the committee regarding reorganization matters as determined by committee chairpersons

Effective date: October 1, 2026
