Replaces the archaic term "therein" with clearer language ("in such town," "in such city or borough") in Connecticut General Statutes sections 9-225 and 9-226 regarding election warnings

Amends requirements for town clerks to publish election warnings in newspapers and on town websites 5-15 days before the early voting period begins for even-year November elections

Election warnings must include polling place locations, same-day registration sites, and early voting locations for towns, cities, and boroughs

Allows two or more towns to jointly publish election warnings in a single newspaper, notwithstanding local charter provisions
