Expands the Department of Economic and Community Development's Strategic Supply Chain Initiative to include efforts preventing or mitigating prescription drug shortages, incorporating task force recommendations

Requires the Department of Social Services to develop and implement a plan by July 1, 2026 to increase supplemental prescription drug rebates by at least 20 percent for drugs on preferred formularies

Mandates annual reporting by January 15 from the Commissioner of Social Services to the Human Services committee on prescription rebate totals, year-over-year changes, and supplemental rebates negotiated
