Amends section 18-81jj(a) of the general statutes to make technical corrections to the Correction Advisory Committee membership provisions, effective October 1, 2026

Committee consists of eleven members appointed by various legislative leaders, including the Senate and House chairpersons, president pro tempore, speaker, minority leaders, and ranking members of the joint standing committee on Department of Correction matters

Required expertise areas for members include: incarcerated persons' rights law, mental health care for incarcerated persons, medical care for incarcerated persons, corrections, and medication in correctional settings

Governor appoints three members: one with corrections expertise, one with medication expertise in correctional settings, and one who is directly impacted

Clarifies grammatical language changing "[of whom]" to "who" in describing the victim representative position
