Extends the statute of limitations for Delaware antitrust actions from 3 years to 4 years, aligning with federal antitrust law timelines.

Suspends the running of the statute of limitations period whenever the federal government initiates a civil or criminal antitrust proceeding based on the same matters, and for one year following the conclusion of that federal proceeding.

Establishes a 4-year absolute deadline for filing antitrust actions under Delaware law, even when the statute of limitations has been suspended.

Allows Delaware's Attorney General to better coordinate with federal agencies and other state attorneys general in multi-state antitrust investigations by providing adequate time to pursue cases.
