Amend Delaware Code Title 13, Section 513 by modifying subsection (12) to add a new subsection (13)

Authorize courts to order either party in a child support case to designate minor children as beneficiaries on existing life insurance policies for the duration of the support order

Allow designations to be either exclusive or non-exclusive as determined by the court

Permit courts to order designation of a trustee (other than the obligor or obligee) to manage the life insurance benefits for children until they reach the age of majority

Ensure minor children receive financial support through life insurance proceeds if a party to the support order dies
