HB 151 Summary

• Amends Title 1, Chapter 1, Section 108 of the Delaware Code regarding distribution of the Delaware Code and supplements to state agencies.

• Requires all state governmental entities to have the Delaware Code available electronically.

• Mandates state agencies requesting printed copies of the Delaware Code to annually certify to the Director of Government Support Services the exact number of copies needed and justification by September of each year.

• Makes Legislative Council responsible for budgeting funds for current allocations of Delaware Code copies, with additional copies beyond current allocations becoming the responsibility of requesting agencies.

• Effective July 1, 2011.
