Amends Delaware Code Title 24 section 1730(b)(1)a regarding physician reporting requirements to hospitals and the Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline.

Changes the reportable trigger from "any change in hospital privileges" to specifically "partial or full removal of hospital privileges based on adverse events, unprofessional conduct or competency issues."

Clarifies that physicians and health care facilities are only required to report privilege removals, not privilege additions or enhancements.

Applies to the Medical Practice Act and Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline oversight of Delaware physicians.
