House Bill No. 2 - Delaware Healthy Children Program

• Extends the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) to provide reduced-cost health insurance coverage for children in families with incomes up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Level

• Maintains continued coverage for children in families with incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level

• Allows CHIP recipients to pay required premium health insurance charges through any commercially-accepted payment methods, including cash, check, or charge/credit card
