Prohibits the Office of Child Care Licensing from requiring child care facilities to supplement or replace children's home-brought food or drink based on nutritional deficiencies.

Requires child care programs to educate parents and guardians about current nutritional requirements and encourage adherence to them for meals prepared at home.

Clarifies that any regulations by the Office of Child Care Licensing attempting to mandate inspection, supplementation, or replacement of home-brought food shall be deemed unreasonable.
