Defines "Automatic Door" as a door equipped with power-operated mechanisms and controls that open and close automatically upon receipt of a momentary actuating signal, such as photoelectric devices, floor mats, or manual switches.

Requires all buildings constructed after January 1, 2011, and intended for use as places of public accommodation to be equipped with automatic doors at each main entrance accessible to the general public.

Becomes effective on January 1, 2011.
