Requires the Department of Elections to post school election notices on its website for 21 days prior to elections conducted under Chapters 19, 20, and 21 of Title 14.

Mandates school districts post election notices on school building front doors at least 21 days before the election and on their websites for 21 days prior to the election.

Requires school districts to submit certified copies of election notices and superintendent affidavits to the Department of Elections at least 40 days before the election; authorizes the Department to cancel elections if notice requirements are not cured by 30 days before the election date.

Establishes a 90-day deadline for school districts to return voter affidavits to the Department of Elections after receiving them.

Makes voting more than once at a school election a criminal offense under Title 14.
