Recognizes a military service member's executed United States Department of Defense Record of Emergency Data Form (DD Form 93) as a valid declaration instrument governing disposition of remains upon death.

Amends Delaware Code Title 12, Section 60(2) to include DD Form 93 or any successor form as a recognized document for directing last remains disposition.

Adds new subsection to Title 12, Section 64 establishing that a DD Form 93 executed by a declarant who dies while serving in any branch of the United States Military constitutes a valid form and governs disposition of the service member's last remains.

Aligns Delaware law with Federal law requirement (Section 564 of Public Law 109-163) that military service members designate a person authorized to direct disposition of their remains in case of death.
