Amends § 6404A, Chapter 64A, Title 29 of the Delaware Code to replace references to "Department of Public Safety" with "Department of Safety and Homeland Security" in the section title.

Replaces references to "Department of Technology and Information" with "Department of Safety and Homeland Security, Division of Communications" in the first sentence of § 6404A.

Codifies a transfer of authority from the Department of Technology and Information to the Department of Safety and Homeland Security to enter into leases and license space for communication facilities on telecommunication towers and other facilities used for the 800 MHz Trunked Radio System.
