Amends Delaware Code Title 24, Section 716(b) to regulate deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance charges for chiropractic care under insurance policies.

Sets maximum out-of-pocket charges for chiropractic services at the lesser of: (i) the deductible or copayment amount charged for primary care physicians, or (ii) 15% of the chiropractic fee.

Prevents managed care providers from classifying chiropractors as specialists to charge higher copayments and deductibles than primary care physicians.

Applies to all deductible, copayment, and coinsurance amounts in insurance policies, contracts, or certificates that cover chiropractic treatment and services.
