National Guard members and reservists called to active duty outside Delaware are exempt from late fees when renewing state-issued licenses that expired during deployment

Service members must present appropriate National Guard credentials and pay the standard license renewal fee within 90 days of returning to the state or termination of service to qualify for the waiver

Covered licenses include vehicle registrations, driver's licenses (Title 21), hunting/trapping/fishing licenses (Title 7), and professional licenses (Title 24)

Creates new Section 179 in Title 20 of the Delaware Code titled "Waiver of Late Fees for State-Issued Licenses"
