Adds new Section 129 to Title 10 establishing that law clerks hold major, non-tenured advisory positions for Justices of the Delaware Supreme Court, with the Court authorized to appoint and remove clerks as needed.

Replaces existing Section 329 in Title 10 to establish uniform language that law clerks hold major, non-tenured advisory positions for the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellors of the Court of Chancery, with appointment and removal at the Court's discretion.

Replaces existing Section 523 in Title 10 to establish that law clerks hold major, non-tenured advisory positions for Judges of the Superior Court, with the Court authorized to appoint and remove clerks as needed.

Adds new Section 916 to Title 10 establishing that law clerks hold major, non-tenured advisory positions for Judges of the Family Court, with appointment and removal authority vested in the Court.

Adds new Section 1310 to Title 10 establishing that law clerks hold major, non-tenured advisory positions for Judges of the Court of Common Pleas, with the Court authorized to appoint and remove clerks as necessary.
