Adds new Section 129 to Title 10 establishing that law clerks are non-tenured advisory positions for Delaware Supreme Court Justices and may be appointed and removed at pleasure by the Court.

Replaces Section 329 in Title 10 to standardize language establishing that law clerks are non-tenured advisory positions for the Court of Chancery's Chancellor and Vice-Chancellors and may be appointed and removed at pleasure.

Replaces Section 523 in Title 10 to standardize language establishing that law clerks are non-tenured advisory positions for Superior Court Judges and may be appointed and removed at pleasure by the Court.

Adds new Section 916 to Title 10 establishing that law clerks are non-tenured advisory positions for Family Court Judges and may be appointed and removed at pleasure by the Court.

Adds new Section 1310 to Title 10 establishing that law clerks are non-tenured advisory positions for Court of Common Pleas Judges and may be appointed and removed at pleasure by the Court.
