Extends sincere thanks and best wishes to Delaware Career and Technical Student Organizations for presenting geraniums to the legislature and other government officials.

Recognizes six national career and technical organizations: Business Professionals of America, Delaware DECA, Technology Student Association, Future Farmers of America, Family Career and Community Leaders of America, and Skills USA.

Documents 2010 statewide enrollment totaling 64,800 students across agriculture (6,000), business and finance (20,000), family and consumer science (15,000), marketing education (1,500), technology education (15,300), trade/industry education (7,000), and health occupations (4,000).

Commends students for exemplary conduct and encourages them to study diligently, become role models, and pursue healthy and productive lives as future leaders of Delaware.

Directs a duly authenticated copy of the resolution be forwarded to each state advisor to share with career and technical student organizations throughout the state.
