Welcomes home all 140 members of the Delaware Army National Guard's 262nd Component Repair Company, headquartered in Dagsboro, who completed deployment to Iraq.

Recognizes the unit's deployment from September 2008 through April 2010, during which they conducted nearly 150 convoy security missions, secured over 5,800 personnel and 4,000 logistic vehicles, and traveled more than 250,000 miles.

Acknowledges the unit's combat experience, including enemy attacks from small arms fire, indirect fire, improvised explosive devices, and explosively formed projectiles.

Honors the unit's service record, which included eleven Bronze Star Medals, 114 Army Commendation Medals, fifteen Army Achievement Medals, twenty-nine Drivers Badges, and seventy-six Combat Action Badges.

Directs that authenticated copies of the resolution be presented to Major General Francis S. Vavala, Adjutant General of the Delaware National Guard, and Captain Gary J. Nelson, Commander of the 262nd Component Repair Company.
