Honors approximately 150 young men from Delaware's public and private high schools who participated in the 2010 Boys' State session held June 14-20, 2010 at Legislative Hall in Dover.

Recognizes participants' hands-on training in the legislative process, including election of a Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State Treasurer, State Auditor, State Insurance Commissioner, and members of both houses of the General Assembly.

Commends participants for learning about bill passage, elections, legislative caucus and committee systems, majority and minority positions, and the American system of representative democracy.

Extends congratulations to all participants and expresses hope that some may return to the legislature as elected representatives.

Thanks the American Legion Department of Delaware for sponsoring this annual educational program and directs that copies be presented to all delegates and the program sponsor.
