Expresses House support for the Delaware River Main Channel Deepening Project, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers proposal to deepen the Delaware River's main shipping channel from 40 to 45 feet.

Projects economic benefits including over $500 million annually injected into the local and regional economy, creation of 6,000 direct and indirect jobs, and more than $212 million in total revenues for Delaware businesses.

Identifies the Port of Wilmington as a valuable economic engine currently serving over 400 vessels annually with import/export tonnage exceeding 4 million tons, with deeper channels allowing larger modern ships to dock safely.

Notes the project includes environmental protections such as advanced monitoring technology, restrictions on dredging during wildlife mating and spawning seasons, and creation of beach replenishment and new wetlands.

Encourages the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control to support the deepening project as essential to maintaining and expanding the Port of Wilmington's commercial business.
