House of Representatives honors the long-standing partnership between the University of Delaware and the State of Delaware in public service.

Recognizes the University's Land Grant and Sea Grant Institution status and its role as Delaware's oldest, largest, and most comprehensive public institution of higher education.

Acknowledges public service contributions through the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, School of Urban Affairs and Public Policy, various Centers, and College of Earth, Ocean and Environment.

Commends the University President's affirmation of commitment to sustaining the partnership and confirms the State's expectation and commitment to maintaining the partnership in future decades.

Directs presentation of a suitable copy of the resolution to University President Dr. Patrick T. Harker and the University's Board of Trustees.
