Recognizes Delaware State University's longstanding partnership in public service with the State of Delaware and its designation as a Land Grant Institution.

Honors Dr. Harry L. Williams as the tenth President of Delaware State University and his strategic vision to serve the state through 54 undergraduate, 24 graduate, and 5 doctoral degree programs.

Acknowledges DSU's commitment to becoming a state university of first choice for all Delawareans while maintaining its roots as a historically black college.

Applauds DSU's significant research contributions in optics and hydrogen storage generating millions in grants and a 270% increase in STEM degree graduates since 1993.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to President Harry L. Williams and DSU's Board of Trustees upon passage.
