Allow disabled veterans who are eligible for both a Disabled American Veteran license plate and a special parking accommodation plate to apply for and receive a combined plate displaying both designations and the wheelchair symbol of access.

Amend certification requirements for disabled veteran license plates to recognize United States Department of Veterans Affairs certification of service-connected disability in addition to Department of Defense certification.

Permit disabled veterans with mobility limitations to obtain parking accommodations through the disabled veteran license plate application process rather than requiring a separate rearview mirror hang tag application.

Authorize the Department of Motor Vehicles to adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the combined plate program.

Consolidate application processes to reduce administrative burden on disabled veterans and potentially conserve state resources in processing and materials.
