Expands the definition of audiology practice to include "selecting, adapting and distributing or selling of hearing aids," allowing audiologists to dispense hearing aids without separate licensure as hearing aid dispensers.

Changes the Board of Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers composition from 7 to 9 members, including 3 speech/language pathologists, 2 audiologists, 1 hearing aid dispenser, and 3 public members.

Increases educational requirements for audiologists from a master's degree to a doctoral degree in audiology, effective for new applicants; grandfather clause exempts audiologists licensed prior to enactment.

Permits audiologists with doctoral degrees to obtain temporary licensure for up to 90 days without completing the clinical practicum and clinical fellowship year requirements.

Requires audiologists and hearing aid dispensers to attest to calibration of electronic hearing assessment equipment as part of biennial license renewal.
