Amends Section 9200(b) of Title 11 of the Delaware Code to include agents of the State Office of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs under the Law Enforcement Officer's Bill of Rights.

Adds the phrase "an agent of the State Office of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs" to the list of law enforcement personnel covered by the bill of rights protections.

Places the new definition after "special investigator of the Department of Justice" and before "an agent of the State Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement" in the statutory list.
