Amends Section 9552 of Title 10 of the Delaware Code to change the duration period for levied goods from 2 years to 3 years.

Applies to Justice of the Peace Court civil judgment execution procedures regarding goods levied for sale to satisfy civil judgments.

Aligns Justice of the Peace Court execution provisions with similar Superior Court procedures found in Section 5081 of the same title.

Extends the availability period of levied chattel goods to match the 5-year life of money judgments in both courts.
