Requires psychological assistants to complete all requirements for a doctoral degree from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program or equivalent Board-approved program

Eliminates the previous provision allowing registration of psychological assistants with only a master's degree in psychology

Grandfathers existing registered psychological assistants who maintain their registration, exempting them from the new doctoral requirement

Deletes subsection (e) of §3519 of Title 24 of the Delaware Code in its entirety

Limits psychological assistant registration to individuals pursuing full licensure as a psychologist
