Adopts the Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act (UIDDA) to standardize procedures for deposing witnesses and obtaining discovery materials located in Delaware for out-of-state litigation.

Allows litigants to present a foreign subpoena issued by an out-of-state court to a Delaware county clerk, who will then issue a corresponding Delaware subpoena incorporating the same terms and including contact information for all counsel of record.

Eliminates the need for obtaining commissions, local counsel, letters rogatory, or filing miscellaneous actions to conduct discovery in Delaware.

Requires all discovery conducted under the subpoena to comply with Delaware law and court rules, with motions to quash, enforce, or modify subpoenas heard in Delaware courts under Delaware law.

Applies to discovery requests in cases pending as of the effective date and takes effect upon enactment.
