Replace the phrase "Delaware Volunteer Fireman's Association" with "Delaware Volunteer Firefighter's Association" throughout all titles of the Delaware Code.

Require the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter's Association to submit an annual report to the Insurance Commissioner listing member fire companies and departments, their locations, and apparatus and equipment maintained.

Modify Section 705(e) of Title 18 to distribute funding to member departments identified in the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter's Association's filed report, rather than to other fire departments registering separately.

Codify the existing practice of fire company reporting to the Insurance Commissioner's office.
