Requires departments of election to request a site assessment from the Architectural Accessibility Board if uncertain about polling place accessibility or upon receiving written notice of deficiency from the State Council for Persons with Disabilities or a registered voter.

Limits departments of election to no more than 5 assessment requests annually without the Board's consent.

Authorizes the Architectural Accessibility Board to conduct polling place accessibility assessments when referred by a department of election under Title 15, Section 4512.

Amends Title 29, Chapter 73 by removing language restricting accessibility requirements and capitalizing "this" in Section 7303(b).

Implements federal election law requirements for accessible polling places in Delaware by establishing a formal assessment process through the Architectural Accessibility Board.
