Requires schools to notify parents or guardians at least 48 hours before introducing curriculum or materials involving human sexuality, sexual acts, profanity, violence, drugs, or alcohol.

Allows parents or guardians to exempt their children from any portion of such curriculum or materials by notifying the school principal, with no penalties for exemption.

Mandates schools to formally adopt written policies on parental notification and distribute them to all parents and guardians at the beginning of each school year.

Requires schools to post their parental notification policies on websites or other public locations for easy access and make curriculum materials reasonably accessible for inspection 48 hours prior to use.
