Removes geographical restrictions on board appointments for professional land surveyors by deleting the requirement that "at least 1 of whom, but not more than 3, shall be appointed from each county of the State" from Section 2703(b) of Title 24.

Deletes the last sentence of Section 2703(c) of Title 24, which is described as an outdated provision no longer applicable.

Aligns the professional land surveyor board appointment process with similar restrictions already removed from other Title 24 boards and commissions.
