Authorizes physicians and groups of physicians to enter into health care work for hire contracts with consumers and employers for specified services during a defined time period for a fixed fee.

Requires all health care work for hire contracts to be written in clear language, fully define services provided, specify the fee, and specify the time period for service delivery.

Establishes that health care work for hire contracts are portable and continue in force regardless of changes in consumer employment status, as long as fees and charges are paid.

Requires all fees and charges under such contracts to be deposited in a Delaware banking institution account, with monthly withdrawals limited to the amount equivalent to agreed services unless parties otherwise agree.

Grants the Board of Medical Practice regulatory authority to oversee health care work for hire contracts and ensure compliance with the subchapter requirements.
