Amends §8802 of Delaware Code Chapter 88 to clarify conditions under which individuals may receive service or disability pensions while employed.

Police officers who have retired from one county or municipal employer may continue receiving pension benefits if appointed and confirmed to a different participating county or municipal employer.

Temporary employees may receive pension benefits if their earnings do not exceed Social Security's maximum allowed threshold and the temporary employment does not count as pension creditable service.

Employment as a temporary employee or in a different county/municipal position cannot be used to earn or accumulate additional retirement benefits in the County and Municipal Police/Firefighter Pension Plan.
