Require members of the General Assembly to disclose monthly all income from sources other than their legislative position, documented time records for work at other employment on session days, and whether compensation from other employment has been reduced on those days.

Require statewide elected officials to disclose monthly all income from sources outside their elected position, documented time records for work at other employment on days they perform official duties, and whether compensation from other employment has been reduced on those days.

Direct the Public Integrity Commission to develop forms and procedures for the required filings and post all submissions on its website.

Make Sections 1 and 2 effective January 1, 2012, with Section 3 effective immediately upon enactment.

Add disclosure requirements to Title 29 of the Delaware Code by creating new section 5817 and amending section 5815 to include these new reporting obligations.
