• Recognizes and acknowledges vital disability services provided by Delaware State University, University of Delaware, and Delaware Technical and Community College to students with documented disabilities

• Encourages continued efforts by these three institutions to improve and broaden disability services so all students with disabilities may fully participate in educational opportunities

• Lists examples of reasonable accommodations and services including note-taking assistance, alternate testing, sign language interpreting, textbook alternatives, classroom seating priority, and academic counseling
