Recognizes the 90th anniversary of the League of Women Voters of the United States, which was founded in 1920 to help 20 million new women voters exercise their voting rights.

Acknowledges the Delaware League of Women Voters, established in 1921, for achieving distinction through supporting school construction and abolishing child labor in the state.

Commends the League's work providing nonpartisan candidate and election information, encouraging voter registration, educating citizens about government structure, and promoting policies in the public interest.

Directs presentation of six copies of the resolution to Sandra Spence, President of the League of Women Voters of Delaware.
